    giant red balloon man?



    What do you call the giant red thing? It's not a balloon, as there is a device that intermittently blows air up that thing, which makes it look like it's moving.
    Not a teacher.

    I would call it a blowing inflatable (advertising) tube

    Google suggests they may be called tube men or air dancers. The latter is apparently a proprietary eponym (also known as a genericized trademark).
