    Please send the

Please send the documents via email to Manoj kumar in Reliance and courier them simultaneously.

Is it correct to use "simultaneously"? Is there any other better way to write this?

    Re: Please send the

The sentence expresses what you want. Capitalize proper nouns and names, including Kumar.

In place of "simultaneously", you could spell out exactly what you want: Please send the documents by courier to John Doe in Reliance. Send copies by email at the same time. I wrote the courier part first because I want the recipient to notice what I assume is the exceptional part of the request.
    I am not a teacher.

    Re: Please send the

If neither method is more important than the other, say "Please email and courier the documents to Manoj Kumar in Reliance". (I assume Reliance is the name of the department. If it's the name of a company, use "... at Reliance".)
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
