Your friend, Kevin is under the influence of drugs.

    Hello.

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"Your friend, Kevin is under the influence of drugs. Ben please, tie Kevin to the chair. With the passage of the time, Kevin will understand that we are helping him."

    Thanks.

I would add a comma after the first 'Kevin' and 'Ben' and omit 'the' before 'time'.
    I am not a teacher.

I'd remove the comma from after "friend" and leave that sentence at that. I'd put a comma after "Ben" but not after "please". The "the" before "time" certainly needs to be removed.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
