    Soon Peter found out

I am wondering if my sentence sounds natural. Would you please correct my mistakes?

Soon Peter found out he could not reason with the others, and he rushed out of the meeting.

    Re: Soon Peter found out

Remove the comma and he and you'll have a natural sentence.
    I am not a teacher.

    Re: Soon Peter found out

The word "rushed" makes it seem like he was in a hurry. It might be better to simply say that he left.

    Re: Soon Peter found out

    Tarheel,

Actually, I wished to say that he was in a hurry. He rushed out because he was upset.

    Re: Soon Peter found out

You have added information that changes my opinion.

Interesting. Believe it or not, I was just thinking that if I see a sentence by itself I will have one opinion and then when I see it in context I will have a different opinion.

    Re: Soon Peter found out

I'd use "realised" instead of "found out".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
