won't be able to turn it back to powder again. won't be able to separate them again

(While mixing chocolate drink) Child: Where is it? I want to turn it back.

    1. Parent : Are you talking about the chocolate powder? Oh, you want to get the power back. Well, you can't. Once the powder has dissolved, you won't be able to turn it back to powder again.

    2. Parent : Are you talking about the chocolate powder? Oh, you want to get the power back. Well, you can't. Once the powder has dissolved, it's already mixed with the water and you won't be able to separate them again.

How would native speakers say it?
    Not a teacher.

Both are fine, except I wouldn't use "again" there. Just say you can't turn it back to powder.

Theoretically, you should be able to evaporate the water off (making powdered chocolate milk), but it would be harder then to separate the milk powder from the chocolate powder (I'd imagine). For details, see web.

    Be careful with your spelling.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

"Irreversible" is a word that could be used here.
