I have climbed this hill two or three times every year for five years.

I climb this hill two or three times every year.
I have done that for five years.

I wonder if I can say: I have climbed this hill two or three times every year for five years.

    Thanks.

Yes, you can. Most native speakers would change "every year" to "a year".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

If I dont want to mention how many times I climb the hill every year, I wonder whether I could simply say: I have climbed this hill every year for five years.
    Thanks.

I think the simple past is possible in 'I climbed this hill (two or three times) every year in the past five years'.
    I am not a teacher.

Perhaps, but it's unlikely in BrE.
