With this, I have paid off the debt Kevin, ok

    Hello.

Is the following sentence grammatically correct?

"With this, I have paid off the debt Kevin, ok?"

    Thanks.

    I presume you're addressing Kevin.

The semicolon doesn't work for me. It's two sentences: With this, I have paid off the debt, Kevin. OK?
    I am not a teacher.
