    "it made me relax and feel closer to him than any heart-to-heart would have"

    What does the words(would have) mean here?

    Remember to use quotation marks, not parentheses ("brackets" in BrE), to mark text you're discussing.

    Remember to start every sentence with a capital letter and to end every sentence with a punctuation mark. There are some extra rules around the latter but in your post, there should have been a full stop.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
