    Is this sentence correct?

    Please be mindful that some of our staff members are highly sensitive to strong perfumes.

    It's grammatically correct. As a person who is myself highly sensitive to many perfumes, I'd say the statement should be strengthened. I suggest This office maintains a fragrance-free policy. Do not wear perfumes of any kind, including scented body spray, and do not use room fresheners.

    The word mindful could suggest to staff members that it's OK to wear mild perfumes, or even strong ones, provided they're aware they may provoke asthma attacks and other serious reactions.
