    They're both grammatically correct but mean slightly different things.

    It is not just about money = It is not about only money; it's about other things as well.
    It is just not about money = I am telling you firmly that it is not about money.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
