    Physical verification of inventory has been conducted at reasonable intervals by management.

    It is written in passive voice and i guess that it is in simple present tense. I just wish to confirm that whether it is in simple present tense.

    Yes, it's in the passive voice, but it is not in the present simple tense. Take a look at the highlighted words. Try again.
