[Vocabulary] Unnoffensive Way of Saying 'Play God'?

Hello! I'm not sure if this is the place to ask, so sorry if it's not.

I'm creating a multiplayer game named Play God, in which one player is chosen to 'Play God' and try to defeat all the humans.

I now realise that the name of the game, along with the gameplay, may be offensive to some.

So, could someone please suggest another way of saying Play God that wouldn't cause offence?

I am sure that believers of many different religions would object to the idea that the role of God is to defeat humans.

Maybe something like "Master of the Universe."
