    Eyes radiated frost

I am not sure if this metaphor could be used in my sentence. Does it make a sense for a native speaker?

    Her blue eyes radiated frost.

    What's it supposed to mean?

    Re: Eyes radiated frost

I wished to say that she was unfriendly and unapproachable.

    Re: Eyes radiated frost

If it fits with the broader context, then yes.

We do say "She gave him a frosty look" but I find your suggestion unnatural.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Eyes radiated frost

    emsr2d2,

I used my phrase as a metaphor. This is of course just one sentence, but maybe if I developed the narrative before and after it, this sentence would feel natural. This phrase came up in my mind after I read Bernard Malamud's metaphor, "Her answer was ice," in his novel, The Assistant.
