    in the bed all the time

    1 You shouldn't lay in the bed or on the couch all the time because that doesn't make you an attractive person.

    2 You shouldn't be lying in the bed or on the couch all the time because that doesn't make you an attractive person.

    Which one is better?

    First, take some time to study the difference between "lie" and "lay".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
