    it's so cold

I'm about to take a long, hot bath. It's so freakin' cold that even the ice bears...

1 ...have started drinking/to drink hot tea to warm up.
2 ...are drinking hot tea now to heaten up.
3 ...are being forced to drink hot tea to not freeze to death.

Please check if they're all correct.

    Re: it's so cold

They're all grammatically correct (even if they're all a bit weird!) However, the third suggests that someone else is making them do it; the first two suggest they're doing it from choice.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Heaten up doesn't exist, at least in American English.
    I am not a teacher.

That doesn't work for me. I'd say so as not to freeze.

Ah, I assumed "ice bears" were a different animal.
