Read post #4 again and follow the advice. Also, make sure you are looking at the corrections we make to your posts. Teechar had already shown you that we don't start a question with "How to ...", that you must capitalise "I" and that you must put a space after every full stop. I have had to correct those errors again in this post.

Basically, yes; except in sentences such as:

Are/were you/we/they sure?

Is/was he/she/it happy?

Am/was I pregnant?

1. We rarely use "avail". Use something like "I would like to apply for leave ...".
2. What is "the period worked during demonetization"?
3. There is a word missing between "I" and "you" in the second sentence.

If "demonetization" is not all that relevant to your letter, leave it out.
