    Question who/whom? And the difference between them?

    Hi All,

    At times I get confused between the words usage 'who' and 'whom', please help me to figure out.

    Phrase #1: Who do you want to speak to?
    Phrase #2: Whom do you want to speak to?

    To my knowledge, Phrase #1 looks more sensible, in that case, in what scenario we need to use 'Whom'? Please give some examples, thank you.

    I thnk that the most useful sentence for most learners in that article is "Many people don’t use whom in casual speech or writing. Others use it only in well-established phrases such as “to whom it may concern.” Some people never use it".
