    I can do this work by myself.
    I can do this wotk myself.
    You can do this work by yourself.

    Should I use by in the sentence?

    Including by changes the meaning. I can do this work myself means I can do it. By myself means I can do it alone, with nobody else's help.

    Always mark text you're talking about by surrounding it in quotation marks or setting it in italics.
