    Two different colour shoes.

He put on two different colour shoes while having a word with someone over the phone.

When I met him he had two different colour shoes on.

When I met him he was putting on two different colour shoes.

He had black shoe on his left foot and brown shoe on his right foot.

    Are these sentences correct?

    See above.

If it's not important to specify which shoe is on which foot, you can just say "He had one black shoe and one brown shoe on" or "He was wearing one black shoe and one brown [shoe]".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
