    lately

    Are my sentences correct:

I have noticed lately / have learned lately /have found out lately that my car has become too expensive too run / maintain.

    Or:

I have noticed / have learned /have found out that my car has become too expensive too run / maintain lately.

    Thanks in advance

    Re: lately

I would use "I have recently realised ...". You could use "learned/found out" if someone else (your mechanic, perhaps) has told you the bad news.
Both "run" and "maintain" work but they don't mean the same thing. If you decide that your car is too expensive to run, you will probably get rid of it and, possibly, buy a new one. If it's too expensive to maintain, you might keep driving it but not bother having it serviced or looked after. You'll probably end up running it into the ground (that means driving it until it dies!)
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: lately

Too and to are different words. You've used the wrong one twice.

    Re: lately

"I have noticed lately / have learned lately /have found out lately that my car has become too expensive too run / maintain."

Does this sentence implies that the car has been expensive to run/maintain for a long time but I know the fact lately.

    And

this sentence "I have noticed / have learned /have found out that my car has become too expensive too run / maintain lately."

implies that the car was not expensive to run/maintain in the past but it becomes expensive lately.

Does this sentence implies imply that the car has been expensive to run/maintain for a long time but I only came to know the this fact lately recently?
No, it doesn't necessarily imply that.

And does this the sentence "I have noticed/have learned/have found out that my car has become too expensive too run/maintain lately" implies imply that the car was not expensive to run/maintain in the past but it has becomes become expensive lately?
No, it doesn't necessarily imply that.
Note my corrections in red above, and my comments in blue.

Yes, I have read post 3.

I just copy copied and pasted op's the OP's sentences and neglected to change "too" to "to".

    Re: lately

Is either of my interpretations applicable to explain both op’s sentences?

    Re: lately

The car has probably always been like that. You just noticed fairly recently how much money the car has been eating up.
