The prime minister unveiled the memorial plaque

I am wondering if my sentence sounds natural.

The prime minister unveiled the memorial plaque dedicated to the firefighters who had perished fighting the fire in the chemical plant.

Re: The prime minister unveiled the memorial plaque

It's okay. I think "Prime Minister" should be capitalized there because you're using the title to substitute for the name.
