I imagine this is a bit of dialog spoken by a young woman who feels she has made herself more attractive. She may have changed her hair style or otherwise changed her appearance; whatever she did, she's getting much more attention from men. Men used to walk past her without reacting; now, they notice her once, then visibly look at her more closely.

Write What does this sentence mean? "Guys who'd never given me a second glance did a double take."

You are explaining a good statement here.

So, can you tell me what about "did a double take" mean?

You do a double take when you glance at something without really noticing it, then look again, much more closely.
