    Burst out

    Hello, I am interested in one expression "burst out".
    I know that it can be used as "burst out laught" but, can we use "burst out"for weather events? smth like this "Thunders burst out"

    No, we don't say "Thunder burst out". The phrase "to burst out laughing" is a set phrase - it gives the idea that the laughter exploded from the person.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
