Hello to everybody. My name is Tim, I am from Alaska.

    Hello.

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"Hello to everybody. My name is Tim, I am from Alaska. I will show you a video called “Sunscreen”.

    Thanks.

    See above.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

If you're from Alaska, you are American, and therefore it would be "Sunscreen." with the period INSIDE the quotation mark.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

I wouldn't use quotation marks at all since there's no quotation.

It is common practice to use some way of distinguishing titles of books, films, etc, from the main text. When I write by hand, I use quotation marks; when I used a typewriter, I underlined; nowadays I write everything on computers, and italicise.
