Hello,
I am in the middle of translating a Deed of Assignment, and I can't figure out this sentence:
Insofar as the Assigned Rights do not vest under this agreement, the Assignor holds legal title in the Assigned Rights on trust for the Assignee
In particular, I simply don't know what the last part of this clause means (underlined). Does anybody have a clue?
I'd be grateful for ANY help.
Thank you!
