    cryings continue

I need help. I want to say 'the cryings continue' but differently. Can I say 'the cryings carry on'? Thank you.

    Re: cryings continue

What do you mean by "the cryings"? You can't pluralise "crying".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    I mean crying/cryings as a noun, not a verb.

So did I. You can't pluralise the noun. It doesn't matter how many people are crying, we still say "The crying continues/continued".

    Okay, noted. Thank you.
If I write 'the crying carries on' would that be okay?

    Re: cryings continue

It's grammatically correct but has no meaning without a suitable context.

    Try, the crying goes on.
