    to make a decision

    Are these sentences correct?
    1. It is said that our boss is going to make a decision soon.
    2. It is said that our boss is making a decision soon.
    3. It is said that our boss will make a decision soon.
    4. It is said that our boss will have to make a decision soon.

    They're all grammatically correct but all rather stilted. We don't actually say "It is said that ..." very often and when we do, it's usually to refer to something that is said/believed by a large number of people (like a percentage of the population, or everyone that is involved in a particular field). It would be much more natural as "Apparently, the boss is going to make a decision soon" or something similar. If you really want to keep a similar structure to your original, I suggest something like "People/staff/management are saying that the boss ...".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
