Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
Consider using "sets" instead of "specifies" in the above.
Also, because "industry" is a specific singular countable noun, it requires a determiner (in this case the definite article) in that sentence.
"... the acid-lead battery industry"
