    Can I say this in English?

    Yes, but it's not a complete sentence. Something would have to come before "... although".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    For example,

    Although there is a huge difference between the three of them, they're all interesting to watch.
    They all cost the same although there's a great difference between the four of them.
