    in my eyes

    Can one use:
    1) I was dating the most beautiful woman in my eyes.
    instead of:
    2) I was dating the woman who was the most beautiful in my eyes.

    Can one use:
    3) I bought the best computer in my opinion.
    instead of:
    4) I bought what was the best computer in my opinion.

    Gratefully,
    Navi.

    Re: in my eyes

    1. Only if the woman is in your eyes.
"I was dating the woman who, in my eyes, was the most beautiful." This is more complex, but unambiguous.
Same for 3. "I bought what was, in my opinion, the best computer."

    Re: in my eyes

3 (and 4) would be more natural as "In my opinion, I bought the best computer" or "I bought the best computer, in my opinion".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
