    Which preposition is correct IN, DURING or ON?

    " You can come to my class ON, DURING or IN the 6th period. "

    Hello AzizaAbdullah, and welcome to the forum.

    In the above, "on" doesn't work; "in" is possible and likely; "during" means after that class starts and before it ends.
