    Give it up for

    Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0CfZSj23o8

Right at the beginning, the moderator says "...here to perform one of....classics".
What is the word before "classics"? Very hard to understand because he speaks so fast.
After that, he says , if I understood it correctly, "Give it up for...". Is it colloquial speech for "Let's give a warm welcome to..."? Could it also be used by non-moderators, for example when someone enters the room and his friends want to say "Hello and welcome!" to him?

    '...one of his celebrated classics.'

"Give it up for...". Is it colloquial speech for "Let's give a warm welcome to..."?

Yes - or 'Please give a big round of applause to ...'

He's not a moderator, but a presenter or announcer.

It's not usually said by a host in a domestic situation.

I have one more question. What does Ziggy Marley say at 3:58 before "...so we want to share..."?

I think it's 'Well, we all do that at home'.
