    Only/Only one

There are some difference between write only or only one?

    For example:
I'm the only watching this movie / I'm the only one watching this movie.
Am I the only studying this subject? / Am I the only one studying this subject?

See above. Questions require subject-verb inversion.
    I am not a teacher.
