    Good evening everyone, I'm a newbie here. I just have a question. How to assess someone's mental lexicon?

    First, please see my corrections above. We don't formulate a question by starting with "How to ...". Second, what do you mean by "mental lexicon"?
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
