Please advise which one is correct.

Please find attched pro-forma invoice and make the payment.
Should it be ''make the payment'', "make a payment" or "make payment"?

Please advise the quantity you are looking for.
Please advise what is the quality you are looking for.
Please advise what quality you need or do you need.

In above sentences, I am trying to ask my customer for quantity of the product (which) he needs.

Thank you.

What if I want to write "make [STRIKE]the[/STRIKE] an advance payment?"
Should it be "make an advance payment" or "make the advance payment".
If you've already mentioned (talked about) "advanced payment", then use "the"; otherwise, use "an."

Note the quotation marks Teechar added. They are required to mark words you're talking about but which aren't themselves part of a sentence.

Re: Make / the quantity

Is there any other way to ask the same question?

"Please advise the quantity you need."
"Please advise the quantity you require so that we can send you a competitive price."

"Please advise the require quantity ....."

If asked products are more than one, can I write "the quantities"?

Is that correct?

I have marked the errors in red. Can you see what's wrong?
