    Guidelines to the company

    I want to give guidelines to the company for uploading their employees salary.
    Sir,
    We inform you that the existing procedure for your salary upload was changed.i have enclosed a file containing step by step procedure s to be followed for your perusal.Hence I advise you to read the procedure and follow the guidelines accordingly.

    First, edit your post so that the word "I" is capitalised every time it's written, and add a space after every full stop. Remove the space between the "e" and the "s" of "procedures".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
