    He eats an apple.

    Hi,

    Subject + Verb + Object
    He eats an apple. (Active Voice)

    Object + are/am/is + 3rd form + by + Subject
    An apple is eaten by him. (Passive Voice)

    Is the above structure of the passive voice correct? "An apple" is no more an object. What is it?

    It is the grammatical subject of the verb.
