    Provide with

    Please provide with the manufacturer part numbers in order to make an offer.

    Why do we write "provide with", why not only "provide".

    Also, please advise if the sentence I wrote above is correct.

    No, it's not. Do you mean "quote" instead of "offer"?

    "Please provide with the ..." is wrong. It should be either "Please provide the ..." or "Please provide me/us with the ...".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Yes, I used to write " to make an offer".
    This is for "quote".

    If it is wrong, what should I write to my customer ?

    Please provide us manufacturer's part numbers in order to send you the quote. Is this correct?

    It's correct. Please mark text that you're asking about. You can set it in italics or, as I suggested before, surround it with quotation marks.
