    A delayed Proposal email

    Hello,

What is your opinion about this email I've written. Thank you.

    subj: A delayed Proposal

    Hi,

Although being on time is a mean in research collaboration, my perfectionism doesn't let me stop reading some more related articles. I've read about 30 of them and still a few remain. I will send you a perfect proposal as soon as I master over all the related articles.

    Kindest Regard,
Please correct my mistakes if you encounter any.

I meant to write "allow"; it's fixed now.

Have you done that before? Are you already on first-name basis with that person?
