Hope you are doing great!!

Let me introduce myself. I am Anil Jain worked under you in the year 2007.

I know it's a long time but would like to join Reliance once again. Is there any possibility for me to join Reliance?

Looking forward to hear from you. Many thanks for your time.

Is the above language correct to send an email? Is there any better way to communicate the above?

I think 'the year' can be omitted.

I would amend it as follows:

Dear [name]

My name is Anil Jain and I worked for you in 2007. I am currently exploring new employment options and I would like to know if there is any possibility of my rejoining Reliance.

I look forward to hearing from you with details of any current opportunities.

Thank you for your consideration.

No teacher had corrected the above, so I tried.

Why "language" and "any" are not correct?

Why are "language" and "any" [STRIKE]are[/STRIKE] not correct?
Matthew didn't say they are not correct.

You asked 'Is there any better way to communicate the above?' and Matthew gave you one.
