It's a pleasure or Not at all.

Hello. This sentence is in my exercise book.
    - "Thanks for doing that." " ___________"
    a- It's a pleasure. (key)
    b- Not at all.
    Why is B incorrect, please?

"Not at all" is another way of saying, "It's no trouble at all."
I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.

My pleasure would be more natural to me than the suggested reply.
    I am not a teacher.

Re: It's a pleasure or Not at all.

    Thank you all.
    According to OALD
NOT AT ALL used as a polite reply to an expression of thanks
‘Thanks very much for your help.’ ‘Not at all, it was a pleasure.’
