    the structure is completely incorrect.
you can not use WILL with HAVE+VERB
    the correct fom may be:
    Has she gone home?
    will she go home?

    Hello,Ted,
You can only use the Infinitive after will.
Will she have gone home if I drop in at seven?
    Bye

You can. "Will" is a modal verb, "have" indicates the perfect aspect. Most grammar books call this the "future perfect", and it's perfectly correct.

Humble is correct: modal verbs take the basic form of the verb (also known as the "infinitive without 'to'"). "Has" is the third-person singular simple present.
