    "...some singers from my country" or "some singers of my country"?

    Hi, guys!

    Which sentence is correct?

    "I've written songs for some singers from my country."

    or

    "I've written songs for some singers of my country"

    I don't especially like the phrase "my country". Just say ...singers from Brazil.
