I need to know the meaning of 5'11". It is a sentence of a biography.
5'11" is 5 feet and 11 inches, which is a measurement of distance or (in this case) height.
1 inch is about 2.54cm and there are 12 inches in one foot -- so one foot is a little over 30cm. 5'11" is about 180cm.
