    Please take a look at my sentences.
    a. I have neither the time nor the opportunity to take care of the affair.
    b. I don't have the time nor the opportunity to take care of the affair.

    I would change "affair" to "matter" in both.
    In b) change "nor" to "or".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
