Could you please spell [glɑːft] for me? I think I can hear it twice in a programme

at 2:43-2:46 ...we do a lot the [glɑːft] in here, Christopher.

and

at 32:10-32:13 So once I've given it a quick [glɑːft] stay I then get my...

but I can't recognise the word.

Thank you.

I can't think of a word that would fit both gaps. I don't do phonetic symbols but the words that strike me as most likely in those sentences are:

We do a lot of the graft in here, Christopher.
So once I've given it a quick glance, ... (however, "stay" doesn't make sense as the next word).

I'm terribly sorry I've forgotten to add the link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bIMTXETPJo&t=1624s).
I've already taken the possibility of graft but I wasn't sure because I can't hear this r-sound.
In terms of stay it definitely sounds strange. Might it be state in this context?

My goodness! These [glɑːft]s appeared to be different words. Thank you.

I couldn't get the link to open, unfortunately. Seems to be a glitch at my end!
