I've been working in the yard all day.

    1) "You look tired." - "Yes, I've been studying Spanish grammar all day."
    2) I don't want to go out shopping. I've been working in the yard all day.
    3) Obviously somebody has been smoking here.
    Are these correct and natural?
I am not a teacher. I am currently studying basic English grammar.

    Yes.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I would put a comma after "obviously" in #3.

So would I. I missed that. I must stop trying to read posts on my phone!
