    Question A sentence

"From our results, the following picture of relationships studied emerges."
Do you like this sentence? For example:
    1. Many wouldn't put a comma after "results."
    2. Is "emerges" fine there? Would "follows" be better?
    3. "View of" vs. "picture of": do those phrases have the same meaning and may they be used interchangeably?

    Thanks,
    Nyggus

    Re: A sentence

    1 I would
2 Fine, and I wouldn't use 'follows'. How bout an article before 'relationships'?
3 Not the same to me- view = opinion, picture = more objective description

Sure, it should be there. But why 'follows' doesn't work here? Does it just not sound good here?

Then, both could actually be used here, though with different meanings, couldn't they?

    Thanks,
