It is the first time I apply to you, so I beg your pardon if I do something wrong.
It turned out, that my skills in using 'older' and 'elder' are not suficient to perform you 'elder/older' test.
I know that we use 'elder' in front of a noun and we usually use 'older' with 'than'. Notwithstanding that I made 50% of mistakes.
Would you be so kind to help me???
Thanks a lot, schoolman.

We can also use 'older' before a noun, so on those questions, the answer would be both:
My elder sister
My older brother
This might account for a couple of answers, though I am guessing as I don't know what your answers were.
We don't use 'elder' after a noun:
She's a couple of years older
She's a couple of years elder
Does that help? If not, try the quiz again and let me know which ones you got wrong.
