Help me know what the are saying

As a non-native speaker, I have problem hearing English conversations clearly. But the real problem is that it is a part of my job as a subtiltler. That's why I seek you help in this video, I am supposed to translate.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1arjmOURxsw, in these particular timings.
    1) 01:19 What does Daffy says when Bugs asks him "What's up duck?"
    2) 03:45 Elmer says "come back here????"
    3) 04: 50 to 04:56 The short dialogue that begins with "you stupid???"
    4) 06:04 What does Bugs say?
    I would appreciate your help.

Re: Help me know what the are saying

    1) "Uh-huh, I thought so! You know very well what's up!"
    2) "Come back here you widdle ['little'] stinkers!"
    3) "You stupid ape! Why don't you watch where you're going!" - "All right, you widdle wascals, ['little rascals'] come on out of there or I'll smoke you out!"
    4) "Yee-ee! Yee-ee!"
    I am not a teacher.

He says "Oh bruddah ("brother"). Boy, am I well out of here!"
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
